Heels Clinch Share of ACC Title

UNC began its month of madness in a fashion that it would like to emulate for the remaining 27 days of March – and beyond – on Wednesday. The Tar Heels grinded out a hard-fought 86-78 road victory over a desperate Virginia Tech squad on Senior Night. The Tar Heels were not perfect against the Hokies, but they displayed the elements that will be critical in making a serious run at cutting down the nets at the Final Four in Detroit.
