Hokies hang with Heels, but fail to notch the upset
Posted Mar 5, 2009
Virginia Tech was a few plays away from toppling both No. 7 Duke and No. 2 North Carolina in a week’s time. It failed to beat either, and now its season comes down to another incredibly challenging ACC game at No. 24 Florida State on Sunday.
