Jason DeCaro Named North Carolina's Starting Pitcher vs. Ole Miss

Jason DeCaro will be UNC's starting pitcher in Game 1 of the College World Series on Friday against Ole Miss. DeCaro, who carries an 11-2 record and 2.28 ERA, was the Tar Heels' Friday starter most of the season. However, in the Regional and Super Regional rounds of the NCAA Tournament, coach Scott Forbes turned to Ryan Lynch in each series opener.
