Gavin Gallaher picked an excellent time to break through with his first College World Series hit with two outs in the seventh inning, lacing a single up the middle for the go-ahead run. UNC rolled from there, thanks to a three-run eighth-inning Colin Hynek home run as the Tar Heels knocked off Ole Miss 6-2 in their College World Series opener Friday. (Tar Heel Tribune)
