Former Michigan State, Santa Clara guard Gehrig Normand commits to SMU basketball


Gehrig Normand is heading home. The Texas native and former Michigan State guard who spent last season at Santa Clara announced his transfer commitment to SMU. He missed last season due to injury. Normand, 6-foot-6, is a former 4-star recruit who signed with Michigan State’s 2023 recruiting class and didn’t play while redshirting as a true freshman. (MLive.com)
