Virginia Tech transfer pitcher Preston Crowl commits to UNC Baseball

UNC Baseball added an experienced bullpen arm from a familiar ACC rival Thursday, as former Virginia Tech right-handed pitcher Preston Crowl committed to the Tar Heels. He was a steady presence in the Hokies’ bullpen. Crowl went 2–2 with a 7.61 ERA and five saves in 24 appearances this season, working 47 1/3 innings in a variety of late-game roles.
