Tar Heel women move on to ACC Tournament semifinals


Four-time defending champion North Carolina successfully moved into the ACC Tournament semifinals on Friday with a 74-55 victory over 12th-seeded Clemson at the Greensboro Coliseum. In the first game of the day, the fourth-seeded Tar Heels were challenged early but took control of the game in the second half where they would open a 21-point lead with nine minutes remaining.
