Danny Green on the perks of playing for North Carolina: “We were definitely idolized”

Before he established a solid career in the NBA, Danny Green had a great run in college at UNC. He looks back on it with a lot of fondness for the significant part it played in his basketball journey. New York native Green played four years with the Tar Heels under Coach Roy Williams from 2005 to 2009, where he was part of a group of players revered on campus.
