Mike Boynton Jr. named Michigan basketball head coach, signs two-year deal

Michigan has removed Mike Boynton Jr.’s interim tag. The Wolverines announced Friday that Boynton has been named head coach and signed a two-year contract. The decision comes almost three weeks after Dusty May took the Dallas Mavericks job on June 22nd. Boynton served seven years as head coach at Oklahoma State, amassing a 119-109 record. (UM Hoops)
