Adam Warren powers Heels over Clemson

North Carolina evened up its ACC baseball series with Clemson on Saturday, defeating the Tigers 5-2 at Boshamer Stadium in Chapel Hill. Four bases-loaded walks in the third inning and a strong outing from starter Adam Warren propelled the third-ranked Tar Heels (9-2, 1-1 ACC) past No. 19 Clemson (6-3, 1-1). Warren (2-0) allowed three hits and two unearned runs in seven innings, walking two and striking out eight.
