NaVorro Bowman Jr., one of the top point guards in the country, has been extended an offer from Michael Malone and North Carolina. He confirmed the offer on his Instagram page, sharing an image of the Tar Heel logo on his story. Currently, Rivals Industry Composite has him tabbed as the No. 12 overall prospect in this class.
