Sure, there had been a national championship since the 2002 game. But all the good players left, didn't they? Rashad and Raymond and Sean and Marvin? We were left with David Noel, Wes Miller, and some guy I saw at the concession stand at the 2005 Final Four. Let's be honest. That kid who stood on the concourse in St. Louis didn't look like he was about to be the centerpiece of one of Carolina's all-time great classes. (Tar Heel Blue)
