NCAA suspends Tennessee football star Arion Carter two games for $427 flight

Tennessee Volunteers star linebacker Arion Carter has been suspended for two games by the NCAA because he returned to college after his agent had paid for a $427 flight to an NFL pre-draft training facility. Carter must sit out Tennessee’s first two games of the 2026 season against thevFurman Paladins (Sept. 5) and Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (Sept. 12). (Knoxville News Sentinel)
