The Layering Process of Football Training Camp


Football training camp has changed over the years. Coaches used to take the first week to get their players in shape with two practices a day. Today, teams cannot hold two-a-days, but they get more time together in the summer so every team hits the ground running when camp commences. That was certainly the case for UNC Football on Thursday.
