Miami basketball’s Marcus Allen out for season with ACL tear after recovering from cancer


Hurricanes forward was hoping to return to the court this year after missing most of the 2025-26 season as he battled cancer. His comeback will have to wait. Miami announced Monday that the junior forward will miss the 2026-27 season with an ACL tear. Allen, a Miami native, transferred from Missouri to UM before the 2025-26 season. (Yahoo! Sports)
