Quinnipiac transfer Amarri Monroe commits to Syracuse basketball

Quinnipiac transfer forward Amarri Monroe has committed to Syracuse. The 6-7, 220 pounder averaged 15.6 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 2.3 steals per game last season. He was thought to have exhausted his eligibility, but the recent ruling in Colorado has opened the door for another year. Monroe was the MAAC Player of the Year during the 2024-25 season.
