Bill Belichick has a mandate for his UNC football team, and he has one for senior defensive back Kaleb Cost. "There's three things you learn from: Smart, tough, and dependable," Cost said last week, noting his head coach's team mantra. As for himself, personally, "Just being more vocal," Cost said.
