Carson Bertagnole, Niall Sheils Donegan Advance To Match Play In U.S. Amateur

UNC's Carson Bertagnole and Niall Sheils Donegan both shot 1-over par 141 to advance to match play and the round of 64 in the 2026 United States Amateur in the Philadelphia area. Bertagnole shot 3-under 67 Tuesday at Merion Country Club, while Sheils Donegan followed his opening-round 70 with a 1-over 71 Tuesday at the Philadelphia Country Club. (GoHeels.com)
