Darius Wabbington swaps Kentucky for Illinois in final six schools

As a versatile 6-11, 245-pound center with the ability to pass and stretch the floor, five-star Darius Wabbington was seen as the perfect Mark Pope fit out of the class of 2027. It’s why the Kentucky Wildcats extended an offer after the first live period of the spring and he told KSR+ that a visit to Lexington was in the works. He cut his list to six in June.
