Former UNC QB Max Johnson to start for Georgia Southern


Georgia Southern has named quarterback as the Eagles' starter. This will be the seventh season of college football for Johnson, 25, who will be starting for his fourth program after having been QB1 at LSU, Texas A&M, and North Carolina. He brings a proven track record to the Sun Belt Conference, passing for 6,355 career yards and 49 touchdowns. (ESPN)
