This Week in UNC Sports: August 31-September 6, 2026

The first week of September means that fall sports are well and truly back in Chapel Hill. While the UNC football team has the weekend off as it returns from a successful trip to Ireland, the volleyball and field hockey teams will both be at home. Meanwhile, the men’s and women’s soccer teams will both be on the other side of the country. (Chapelboro.com)
