Stasia Droze Jost had found something. It was with a 3 a.m. Google search that she stumbled across the exact name she was looking for in Ireland. And of course, UNC Football was set to play its season-opener against TCU in Dublin. So the director of the upcoming documentary “More than a Mascot” called her executive producer, Brad Bennett.
