On Monday, the Dallas Cowboys made their backup quarterback decision when the team waived Joe Milton, keeping Sam Howell on their roster behind Dak Prescott. Cowboys coach Brian Schottenheimer said Tuesday it was a "very, very hard decision." "We just felt like Sam had done a little bit more in terms of executing the offense in certain areas."
