Kenan Stadium Stair Climb remembers 9/11 heroes 25 years later

The 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb has become an annual tradition at UNC, and members of the Carolina community returned to Kenan Stadium on Friday to honor those who tragically died in the terrorist attacks 25 years ago. Participants climbed 2,071 stairs, representing the height of the World Trade Center towers, as tribute to the 2,977 lives lost on 9/11.
