North Carolina Baseball and the Charlotte 49ers split a pair of scrimmages on Saturday afternoon at a sweltering Boshamer Stadium. The Tar Heels won the first scrimmage 21-2 before dropping a 6-5 decision in the nightcap. In Game One, Jamie Laskofski was the standout at the plate as he hit for the cycle, which was highlighted by a 404-foot homer to right. (GoHeels.com)
