Seth Trimble now ineligible as appeals court dissolves injunction in lawsuit vs. NCAA


A three-judge panel with the Kentucky Court of Appeals has dissolved the temporary injunction in the Wells vs. NCAA case filed in Jefferson County (Ky.) Circuit Court. This means that, while the lawsuit is still ongoing, 38 student-athletes are now back to being ineligible to play in the 2026-27 season, including Louisville basketball player . (WHAS 11)
