Healthy Ginyard would have meant unbeaten season for Heels

During an interview with the North Carolina Radio Network on Friday, Bob Ryan of the Boston Globe, who is in Atlanta covering the ACC Tournament, said if Marcus Ginyard had been healthy this season, the Tar Heels would have been a slam dunk to win the NCAA tournament. Without Ginyard Ryan said North Carolina is among a group of teams capable of winning. (Asheville Citizen-Times)
