The final score will be something like North Carolina 95, Radford 70, but that won't stop NBA scouts from hanging around until the end of Thursday's NCAA first-round South Regional basketball game. The majority of those scouts will be there for the specific reason of watching Radford center Artsiom Parakhouski, a 6-foot-11, 260-pound junior, work against Carolina bigs Tyler Hansbrough, Deon Thompson, Ed Davis and Tyler Zeller.
