Tyler Hansbrough waved his arms to incite a spirited crowd that filled about two-thirds of the seats in the lower bowl at the Greensboro Coliseum. During open practice for the NCAA Tournament on Wednesday afternoon, UNC's players had been showing off their best dunks to a crowd of more than 6,000. In the past, coach Roy Williams has referred to the open practices as a dog and pony show that are a waste of time.
