Tyler Hansbrough now has 2,836 career points to extend his UNC and ACC career scoring mark. The 2,236 points are good for 13th all-time on the NCAA Division I scoring chart. He needs just 16 points to pass Larry Bird (Indiana State 1976-79, 2,850) and move into 12th place. Hansbrough extended his UNC record for career NCAA Tournament points (288). He is in 11th-place all time.
