Heartbreaker Ellington heats up for UNC

North Carolina guard Wayne Ellington’s introduction to Villanova coach Jay Wright didn’t come in a basketball game or on a recruiting trip. Ellington was about to enroll at The Episcopal Academy, the prestigious Philadelphia-area private school that Wright’s children have attended. Ellington’s mother wanted to know what her son should expect. “It had nothing to do with basketball. … They came to talk about academics,” Wright said. “His mom wanted to hear about the education he’d receive.”
