Everybody knows Tyler Hansbrough goes to the line often, and his status as the ACC’s all-time scoring leader is equally documented. Slightly lost in the chronicling of the North Carolina Tar Heel’s senior season is his proficiency in freebies. He enters today’s national semifinals at 85.8 percent accuracy, which is among the top 50 single seasons for any ACC player with a minimum of 100 attempts. (ACC Sports Journal)
