Embarked on his first overseas trip as president, Barack Obama had to watch the NCAA championship game aboard Air Force One, on tape no less. By then Obama not only knew the result, but had the satisfaction of realizing he had picked the winner. The longtime basketball aficionado had played reserve forward on a state championship high school team in Hawaii, wearing number 23 before the world heard of Michael Jordan, the man who made the jersey famous.
