Friday with Boo
Posted Apr 12, 2009
With the caveat that one pair of aging, exceptionally near-sighted eyes can only catch but so much during 12 games over three hours, some impressions from Friday night's play in the Boo Williams Spring Invitational, 17-and-under division:
Best point guard, class 2011: Marquis Teague of the Spiece Indy Heat. Catch this rising junior from Indianapolis this afternoon at 3:30 against Boo Williams' bunch. Not a great deep shooter, but has quite the handle. He'll be a handful for Boo's point guard, North Carolina commit Kendall Marshall.
