Baltimore Ravens to work out Hakeem Nicks, Richard Quinn Posted Apr 15, 2009 The Baltimore Ravens are sending quarterback Joe Flacco and director of player personnel Eric DeCosta to the University of North Carolina on Friday for a private workout with first-round wide receiver prospect Hakeem Nicks, according to athletic department officials.
