Biggest Strength Heading Into 2009 - Experience on defense. Last season Carolina had the talent on defense, but there was youth and inexperience across the board and it showed. Players like tackle Marvin Austin, linebacker Quan Sturdivant and cornerback Kendric Burney are ready to lead what will likely be considerable improvement by this unit.
