J.R. Ferguson headed to U.S. Army All-American Bowl

With several traditional powerhouses such as Linganore, Middletown and Urbana, Frederick County high school football has been a force to be reckoned with for the past couple of decades. Ferguson, and Thomas Johnson fullback-linebacker Nick Forbes to the 2010 U.S. Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio, Tx. in January, the rising senior class is more than being just noticed by followers of the sport across the United States.
