Jheranie Boyd leads Ashbrook to second at 4A West


and Justin Crawford won one event each and Ashbrook placed second in the team standings at the 4A West region track and field championships Saturday at A.C. Reynolds High School. Crawford, headed to Georgetown this fall, took first in the 300 hurdles with a time of 38.84. Boyd, the North Carolina-bound wide receiver, won the 400 meters, crossing the line in 51.06 seconds.
