Josh Snead Commits to Duke

Joshua Snead, a 5-foot-9, 180-pounder, committed to the Duke coaching staff on Monday morning according to sources close to the situation. Snead was part of a high school backfield that accumulated nearly 3,000 yards on the ground last season. He started at wingback, accounted for 780 of those yards, plus 11 touchdowns. Snead chooses Duke over offers from Georgia Tech, NC State, and Wake Forest as well as heavy interest from Auburn, UNC, Oregon, South Carolina, Stanford, Tennessee, and Vanderbilt.
