Lowell Dyer Named To Rimington Award Watch List

UNC senior center Lowell Dyer has been named to the watch list for The Rimington Trophy, which is presented annually to the nation's best center. A former walk-on from Durham, N.C., Dyer earned a scholarship in 2008 and has started 15 games over the past two seasons. A two-time Academic All-ACC player, Dyer is one of 44 players on the watch list. The ACC, Big-12, Big Ten and WAC are represented by five players each on the Watch List.
