Harrison Barnes hailed in ESPN.com piece
Posted May 26, 2009
It’s been a long time since Ames High School basketball player Harrison Barnes was a state secret. But the junior forward is collecting quite a national profile this summer as colleges vie for his services. The latest publicity comes courtesy of Paul Biancardi of Scouts Inc., who named Barnes his top-ranked prospect in a piece for ESPN.com. “Barnes has all the ideal attributes to be a special player at the 2-guard position,” Biancardi wrote. “When we talk about an elite player, greatness begins with his approach."
