UNC has come awfully close to winning a national title multiple times over the last three years, twice finishing as national runner-up and once finishing third. On paper, this group is less fearsome than the last three, but this just might be the year UNC breaks through and wins college baseball’s biggest prize. As Mike Fox said, "(Associate head) coach (Scott) Forbes has been saying for two months: There’s just something about this team."
