Matt Harvey happy with his decision to attend college

Matt Harvey was projected as a first-round pick in 2007. But with a scholarship offer from UNC and Scott Boras advising him, Harvey dropped to the third round because teams feared his asking price. After a few months of negotiating, Harvey rejected the Angels' offer of about $1.4 million. Two years later, North Carolina is in the College World Series and Harvey has no regrets.
