North Carolina's Top 30 Preseason Prospects

Scout.com Recruiting Analyst Chad Simmons has released his rankings of the top 30 prospects from this year's rising senior high school class in North Carolina. Simmons believes that the state of North Carolina is impressive with the depth of talent, though the number one spot in the state is very much under fire as the current number one in the North Carolina Top 30 could end up in another state this fall.
