Wayne Ellington, junior guard, UNC...GONE. No big surprise here. Although the scouts are divided on whether Ellington is -- or ever will be -- ready for the NBA, he'll get a nice bump from being the Most Outstanding Player of the Final Four, go late in the first round and get a nice contract. And while his absence will clearly impact the Tar Heels, Roy Williams already has his replacement in freshman shooting guard Leslie McDonald.
