Larry Bird says he sees similarities between himself, Hansbrough

Tyler Hansbrough's path to the NBA looks familiar to Pacers president Larry Bird. The 6-9 forwards from small towns both could have left school early, but they stayed for their senior seasons and played for national titles. Both built reputations for being tireless workers, and both heard from doubters who said they weren't athletic enough to make it in the NBA. (Winston-Salem Journal)
