Butch Davis in favor of matchup with LSU
Posted Jul 31, 2009
Both LSU and UNC are looking for a 12th game to complete their 2010 schedules, and UNC coach Butch Davis said he wouldn't mind playing the Tigers in the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game. "If that game comes about, it's certainly something we'd like to do," Davis said. "I think it's a real plus for any program. I think Frank Beamer would tell you the opportunity to play Alabama is a great way to start the season."
