What about North Carolina? The Tar Heels boast of the league's top line-backing group, Deunta Williams is a dynamic player at safety and Marvin Austin still has untapped potential, and could arrive as a B.J. Raji-like force this season. If T.J. Yates continues his development, and gets some help from an untested receiving group, the Tar Heels could shake up the standings.
