Prince Shembo chooses Notre Dame

Ardrey Kell High's Prince Shembo, one of the Carolinas' top linebackers, has committed to Notre Dame. Shembo picked the Fighting Irish over Tennessee and Virginia Tech, Ardrey Kell coach Marty Woolbright said Tuesday. “He and his family visited up there over the summer, stayed a few days, and he really liked the area and he liked the campus,” Woolbright said. “He visited all three of those schools.” (Charlotte Observer)
