Dozens of parishioners gathered near the altar at Born Again Ministry two Sundays ago, waiting their turn to snag a 2009 Tar Heels football poster signed by Shaun Draughn. The sturdy brick church nestled beside a soybean field on N.C. 33 might have seemed like an odd place for an autograph session. But for the junior running back -- who had just finished singing, clapping and praising his way through the 2-hour, 15-minute hometown service -- it was fitting.
